Foot and Ankle Fellowship

Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, the American Health Network* Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Foot & Ankle Reconstructive Surgery was established to enhance the education of graduates from podiatric surgical residencies who seek additional training and strive for leadership in their profession.

Founded in 2004 by 5 surgical podiatrists from a private multidisciplinary health care group, the fellowship is designed to give back to the profession and create a bridge between residency training and professional employment. The curriculum is fellow-first and fellow-motivated, with a myriad of available learning opportunities through surgery, clinic, research, and private practice management.

Dr. Blacklidge is one of the Attending surgical podiatrists on staff with whom the fellow will train. Each of the surgical podiatrists on staff holds diverse training and different areas of expertise in foot and ankle pathology.
