We’re a family-run company whose ‘family’ goes beyond our namesake. I share the Blacklidge name, but I consider everyone who contributes to this company to be part of the Blacklidge family.

Our family has been in the road business for over 80 years, starting with my great grandfather who supplied road materials for Mississippi’s Highway 90. My great grandfather’s determined, outgoing spirit is present in our company today thanks to our dedicated employees. We’re an outspoken bunch, and I depend on everyone’s honest feedback to achieve our company vision, together. I trust my team because I know how hard they work to build a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety and communityーtwo key values that are at the heart of our great product and service standards. This is the kind of environment that our people want to be a part of for the long haul.
