July 6, 2019 - Blacklidge Emulsions expands into South Texas with Caleb Barrington as new Sales Manager

Gulfport, MS – Blacklidge Emulsions has announced that Caleb Barrington will fill the newly created position of Sales Manager – South Texas. This new role follows the establishment of Blacklidge’s Western Sales Region.

Mike Milliman has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the area. “As we continue to grow the Texas market, we will need more boots on the ground to increase our efficiency in a very large state,” notes Milliman.

Caleb and Porsche Barrington, his wife of 10 years, are the proud parents of two sons and one daughter, all under the age of 10 while their beloved German Shepherd completes the family. Barrington enjoys spending time with his family in Granbury, Texas and is very active in the sporting lives of his kids, even acting as a coach. In his spare time, Barrington loves to fly airplanes and play golf.

Barrington was born into the asphalt industry and was put to work as soon as he could hold a flag. Instead of going on spring or summer break, he worked at his family’s asphalt company. There he did everything from shoveling and running equipment to running plants, crews and testing/designing HMAC. As someone who loves the smell of asphalt, Barrington just can’t seem to stay away from the industry as he makes a shift to the sales side.

“I am excited and confident that Caleb will be successful at Blacklidge with his vast asphalt background,” says Milliman.
