February 4, 2020 - Blacklidge President & CEO, Doug Fergusson, elected to serve as Secretary of NAPA’s Associate Member Council


Gulfport, MS – The Associate Member Council (AMC) of the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) recently elected Doug Fergusson, President & CEO of Blacklidge, to serve as Secretary of the AMC. The AMC supports the interests of NAPA’s Associate Members—including paving contractors, equipment producers and materials suppliers—giving them representation within the Association.   

Since joining the Blacklidge leadership team in 2013, Fergusson has been integral to transforming the company into one of the leading providers of high-performance products for the asphalt paving industry, serving many NAPA members across the South and Central United States.

“As Secretary of the AMC, I hope to more effectively bring the knowledge, expertise and resources of all Associate Members to NAPA for the benefit of member companies and the industry as a whole,” said Fergusson. 

Fergusson joins Paula Grant Shuford, Owner of Herman Grant, and Andrea Latham, Vice President of Business Development at Keystone Engineering, on the Council. Shuford and Latham were recently promoted to their positions as Chair and Vice Chair of the AMC, respectively.
